This temple of Jodo sect is located to the west of Hayashisaki Bridge over the Takahama River. This was used a school building of Irin Elementary School in 1876 and the village office of Hayashisaki Village in 1889. This was very helpful for Hayashisaki Village in the Meiji period, together with Joren-ji temple.
