The Akashi Racetrack was in Fujie once. The Housing Sales Organization developed the Fujie Housing Complex for workers at the empty lot of the racetrack in 1942. (see trivial) Most houses for workers built at that time were rebuilt but an existing roundabout shows the old city planning.
