Real Estate and Building Com., Ltd. to help the management, and then opened the Akashi Racetrack at Fujie. So the horse racing for four days were held from 11 May 1928 for the first time. Afterward, they held the horse racing for three days at the Akashi Racetrack a few times a year.
It is said that the Racetrack bustled with over 100 runners and tens of thousands of audience then. They held the motorbike racing and the fireworks display as well as the horse racing. It was 33 thousand square meters in extent and its teaching material garden was used for the study of schoolchildren also junior high school students. However, the Akashi Racetrack was closed at the Warhorse Guardianship Law in 1939. Afterward, the empty lot of that became the housing complex for workers of Akashi Factory of Kawasaki Aircraft Industry Com., Ltd. They once diverted the horse racing ticked office to Sanyo Electric Railway Fujie station, but they rebuilt present station suilding in 1985.
