There is a memorial tower erected for the repose of the soul at the west corner of the Fujigaoka Housing Complex.
The Akashi Horse Racing was held in Fujie for 11 years from the year of 1928. People involved in the horse racing and the locals erected this to console souls of dead horses that suffered accidents, a fire of stable and so on here.
