Because many factory workers’ houses were needed in about 1942, the Honsing Sales Organization made the town that consisted of about 680 houses at the empty lot ot the Akashi Racetrack. A child care center was built at the the present Fujie Nursery School ,and at the place across the road, the clinic and the public bath were installed. They originally planned the park.
