Funage Castle was a castle on the flat allevium land at an altitude of two or three meters. Takayama Ukon who was transfered from Takatsuki built it. This is thought to be the empty lot of the keep. It is said that there are a lot in common such as the size, the way of building castle between Funage Castle and Takatsuki Castle.
