People of Hachiken – cho worship Itsukushima Shrine and Ishizaki Inari Shrine. This area was called “oka” or the land, and no fisherman seemed to live here before.
Other neighborhoods worship Ebisu Shrines but they worship Itsukushima Shrine here.
