There is a low stone retaining wall beside the second eastern road along the Takahama River. The road is old and goes down parallel with the gently curving river to the sea. The lower part of the two tier Tatsuyama stone retaining wall is adopted the range ashlar masonry and the upper part is the cursed round stone masonry. Because the top is level, as the wall gets higher to the sea, we can know that the ground becomes lower.
