明石港の防波堤沿いにある漁船の係留地には北向き地蔵が祀られています。ここからは淡路島や明石海峡大橋を望むことができます。また、この辺りは漁具店や給油場、船の修理工場など明石港を支える一帯でもあります。

Many fishing boats are moored to the breakwaters of the port of Akashi and the statue of Jizo facing north is enshrined around there. You can view Awaji Island and Akashi Kaikyo Bridge from here. There are fishing implement shops, refueling stations business of the port of Akashi.
