21.山下浄水場からの赤水？

戦争で明石の水道すいどう施し設せつは大きな被ひ害がいを受け、市内では時じ間かん給きゅう水すいを実じっ施ししていました。山下浄水場は神大しんだい附ふ小しょうの北きた隣どなりに作られ、昭和24 年より昭和41年まで稼か動どうしました。小学校の北、西、南の水すい路ろに残る赤い色は金かな気けの水跡あとかも知れません。

21.Did red water come from Yamashita Water Purification Plant?
The water works of Akashi City were damaged much by World War Ⅱ and people underwent time water supply.  Yamashita Water Purification Plant was built on the north of Kobe University Affiliated Akashi Elementary School and was in operation from 1949 to 1966.  The red color left in the water ways on the north, west and south of the school may be the trace of water contained iron.
