十王とは死者の魂を裁く十人の裁判官のことです。有名な閻魔大王も十王の一人です。十王通りは死者を死後の世界（冥途）へ葬送するための葬連道でした。江戸時代の絵図にも十王堂や十王丁が表記されています。
04. Juo, Ten Gods, Street
Ten Gods mean ten judges each of who decides the soul of the dea, Notorious Emma Great King known as the master of Hell is one of them. Juo Street was the route where they carried the dead to the other world. Ten Gods hall and Ten Gods town were pointed in the Edo period.
